Upon making an appointment with Clothier Anderson & Associates, you will be provided with an initial consultation (approximately one hour) for a fee of $330.00 (including GST). During this consultation, one of our team will evaluate your current immigration status and advise you on your future options.
At this initial meeting, we will endeavour to set a fixed Lump Sum Fee for any future course of action. Our lump sum fees are based upon an hourly charge of $330.00 multiplied by the number of hours an average case of your type occupies. If it is not feasible to set a fixed Lump Sum Fee in your case, then our fees will be based on an hourly rate of $330.00 per hour. In the event that we ask you to pay this hourly fee, we will still estimate the total fees to be charged within a certain price range. In accordance with the Legal Profession Act 2004, this process is designed to ensure that our clients are informed, to the best of our ability, of the liability that they are likely to incur. It is the policy of Clothier Anderson & Associates that any costs involved with your immigration matter is to be paid into our trust account prior to our firm taking action on your behalf.
Professional interpreters can be arranged for appointments provided that the costs for this service are paid at least 24 hours in advance. Please call our office to discuss this.
