Jaslyn completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts at Monash University in 2020, and was admitted to practice in November 2020. Whilst at university, she undertook a legal placement at Springvale Monash Legal Service where her passion for assisting clients from diverse backgrounds began.
Prior to joining Clothier Anderson Immigration Lawyers, Jaslyn has practised primarily in migration law, with experience working with both individuals and multi-national corporate clients. She has worked on a wide range of individual client matters, including visas in the family visa program, complex citizenship matters, OMARA disciplinary matters and judicial review matters before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. She also has experience working with corporate clients including advising on and preparing employer sponsored temporary and permanent visas. Jaslyn has also assisted with the preparation of course and examination materials for the Graduate Diploma in Migration Law. Jaslyn is experienced in assisting clients from non-English speaking backgrounds and can read, write and converse in both Cantonese and Mandarin.’ |
