Solina completed her Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law (Honours) through Monash University in 2012. Whilst completing her studies, Solina volunteered at South Eastern Migration Advice Services and Public Interest Law Clearing House. In 2009, Solina volunteered as an International Legal Intern with South East Asia Investigation into Social and Humanitarian Activities (SISHA) in Cambodia. In this role, Solina assisted victims of human trafficking to seek justice in the court of law and to receive retribution in the form of monetary compensation.
Solina joined Clothier Anderson Immigration Lawyers as an admitted lawyer in February 2017. She has worked on a variety of matters, ranging from corporate migration to family and protection visa applications, and has been involved in matters from the primary application stage to the merits review stage in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Solina has a strong passion for migration law and a desire to deliver positive outcomes to client. In November 2022, Solina was recognised as an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law by the Law Institute of Victoria. |
