Before joining Clothier Anderson Immigration Lawyers, Art collaborated with individuals and organisations in navigating Philippine regulatory frameworks in one of the Big Four multinational professional services networks. He completed his Juris Doctor from the San Beda University in the Philippines. He is fluent in English and Filipino/Tagalog. |
