Ishaana Sood

Ishaana graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts majoring in International Relations from Monash University in 2023. During her studies, Ishaana volunteered with the Human Rights Law Centre at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre and Fitzroy Legal Service and worked as paralegal in personal injury and class actions. After graduating, Ishaana was the associate to a judge of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) where she further developed in her interest in migration and refugee law. Ishaana has a strong interest in assisting clients from diverse backgrounds including those from refugee and asylum seeker backgrounds. |
