Keefe Chan

Keefe graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2016 and was admitted to practice in Victoria in 2017. Since then, he has practiced solely in the area of immigration law, assisting clients with a wide range of visa matters, both in terms of the preparation of strong, 'decision-ready' primary visa applications, as well as reviews of visa refusal or cancellation decisions in the Migration and Refugee Division of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
Keefe is passionate about assisting clients from different cultures and backgrounds and is able to communicate in Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien and Malay. Keefe is interested in legal advocacy and represented Monash University at the World Universities Debating Championship in 2015. |
